1. Educational Purpose & Non-Financial Advice

TNL Trader Academy is an educational research and market intelligence service. All content, signals, 7-Gate frameworks, and webhook alerts represent technical analysis models and hypothetical setups. You acknowledge that all trading execution decisions made on your live or prop firm accounts are 100% your own financial responsibility.

2. Membership & Subscription Terms

Subscribers to our VIP channels, Discord community, or software integrations agree to the following conditions:

Subscriptions are managed via our official merchant portal (e.g., Whop).
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund policy: Digital community access, live signal feeds, and educational modules are non-refundable once accessed, except where explicitly required by law.

3. Automated Webhooks & Execution Disclaimer

While our automated webhooks and signal bots strive for maximum uptime, TNL Trader Academy is not liable for slippage, platform downtime, broker spread widening, execution delays, or technical errors resulting from third-party tools (TradingView, PineConnector, MetaTrader, or Discord).

4. Prop Firm Compliance & Risk Management

Members utilizing our analysis on proprietary trading firm evaluations (e.g., FTMO, FundedNext, Apex) are solely responsible for managing their position sizing, drawdown limits, and adherence to their specific prop firm trading rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum material, 7-Gate system visuals, trade breakdown logs, and strategy frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of TNL Trader Academy. Unauthorized distribution, reselling, or public leaking of VIP signals will result in an immediate lifetime ban without refund.
